- I am an "Advantis" user. I don't know what they'll call it in the UK.
- Advantis is certainly a bit more expensive than the local providers. I
- got it with the OS/2 Warp setup and haven't changed yet. I finally got
- my Amiga hooked up a month or so ago. It was an incredible headache setting
- it up compared to Windows, OS/2 Warp, or even PC-Linux for that matter.

- I'm not sure that's such a big deal. The internet is world wide ya know.
- If I go to a machine over the pond during business hours most machines are
- slow or unreachable. Usually I can get to most US machines, allthough they
- are slow to during business hours here as well.

- In IBM's defense, I have to say they are slowly but surely improving their
- service. In my case, they started with 1-800 number service, went to 14.4
- local, and soon there after went to 28.8 local. Just recently they dropped
- the "going over" charge to $2/hr from $3/hr. Still not as inexpensive as
- local providers though. Maybe it's your phone service that's really the
- problem, not IBM.
